Get ready to boost your strength and speed this summer! We are excited to announce that Williams Bay School District will be hosting a high school Strength and Speed Summer Course for all students, starting on June 10th and running through July 30th.
Details:
– Dates: June 10th through July 30th on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (No class on July 4th)
– Time: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
– Gender-Split Courses: Two courses will run simultaneously, one for each gender
– Location: Weight Room, Gyms, and Outside.
– Instructors: Coach Welch and Coach Landers, along with additional coaches assisting each day.
This course is a fantastic opportunity for you to enhance your athletic abilities, regardless of your current fitness level or sports interests. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, our dedicated coaches will help you reach your goals. This course is also free to Williams Bay High School Students.
We understand that summer schedules can be busy with work, vacations, and other commitments. However, we encourage all students to sign up, even if you anticipate missing some sessions. Consistency is key to progress, and we want to support you every step of the way.
