If you
are under 18 years of age, you need a work permit. To obtain a work permit,
you need to bring the items listed below to the high school office.
- A letter from
your employer stating you have a job and the type of job you will be
doing.
- A note from your
parents stating their approval of your working and your physical address.
(No P.O. Box)
- Birth or Baptismal
Certificate
- Your Social Security card. (Must present the card and not just the number)
- A $10.00 permit

Before you can
begin to Work: The employer copy of the work permit must be turned
into the Personnel Office. You should be reimbursed for the $10.00 application
fee you paid. |
