Announcements for 4/8/1

Congratulations to the Softball Team for a 10-0 win against Hustisford. Nice job to Sam Storms who pitched 5 perfect innings.

Good luck to the Baseball and Softball Teams at Pardeeville at 5:00 (players dismissed at 1:40). Good luck to the Golf Team at Evergreen at the Elkhorn Invite on Saturday.

Today is weekly monitor day. Pick one up, get it completed, and turn it in at the end of the day.

A big thank you to Mrs. Shine and all of her students who helped over the course of this year to put on the pre-parent-teacher conference meals for teachers!

The Bakestravaganza Committee will meet today during lunch.

ACT tests will be administered her from 8:00-1:00 on Saturday.

There will be a Volleyball Open Gym for any interested girls from 5:30-7:30PM this Sunday, April 10th.

Attention Football Players: UW-Whitewater’s Summer Football Camps are available to anyone going into 9-12th grade. The Lineman Camp runs from July 6-8th. Perimeter Camp from July 20 – 22nd. Sign up in the office or see Mr. Breen if you are interested.

Junior High Golfers: Be reminded that your first practice is set for Monday, April 11th at South Pines Driving Range in Fontana from 3:30-4:30.

Seniors: There is a new scholarship bulletin available. It is posted in the Guidance Office or available on the school website. Don’t forget the Local scholarship application is due on April 13th. Everyone is encouraged to apply. That form is available on the K drive or on the Guidance Website.

Mrs. Mitchell is now accepting submissions for the Labyrinth, a school publication featuring student writing and artwork. Submit your poems, essays, short stories, photos, and artwork to Mrs. Mitchell by Friday, April 15th. Submissions must be in electronic format. Junior High students, high school students, and staff members are invited to participate. (Limit three entries per person)

If you have gently used prom dresses you wish to donate to the Susan G. Komen For the Cure fundraiser, get them to Mrs. Williamson. The sale will be held on APRIL 16TH at Delavan-Darien High School.

Announcements for 4/5/11

Congratulations to the Junior/Senior Bands and the Junior/Senior Choirs for the excellent programs they performed last night! Can’t wait to see what you have in store for us at the Collage and Spring concerts coming up in May.

Today is election day. We hope that all of those in the building who are 18 and over will take the time to exercise their right to vote!

The Junior High play practice that was scheduled for tonight has been cancelled. It is rescheduled for tomorrow after school.

Good luck to the Girls JV and Varsity Soccer Teams as they play at Delavan-Darien starting at 4:45.

Announcements for 4/4/11

Congratulations to the Forensics Team for another strong showing on Saturday. Although all of our team members qualified for State, because of scheduling conflicts, only Leah Mailloux is free to attend State.

Congratulations to Jacob Landgraf for representing us at the State Geography Bee.

Thanks to the students who came to the Frost Park Design Charrette on Saturday. Four hours of hard work produced exciting design concepts from which the Master Plan will be made.

There had been plans to hold Prom elections today. Mrs. Williamson is out today. The plan is now to hold Prom elections on Thursday.

Band and Chorus Concerts tonight: The Junior High Band and Choral Concert is set for 6:00, the High School Band and Choral Concert is set for 7:30. We hope you can all find time to attend.
