ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR: 11/4/11

  • There will be a Student Council meeting today during lunch in the Lecture Center.
  • Basketball Apparel order forms due today.  Please turn in completed forms to the office.
  • Those students who are going to participate in a winter sport who did not participate in a fall sport should make sure their physical or alternate year card is turned in to the office before practice begins.
  • This week weekend is day light savings time so please remember to turn your clocks back one hour.
  • Good luck to the Badger Bigfoot Bay Swim Team who travel to Kenosha Tremper on Saturday for the Sectional Meet.
  • If any student who did not have a chance to voice their opinion at the School Board listening session  and wants to add a comment, please see Mr. Butters.

  • Good luck to:
    • The Junior High Volleyball Team who host Fontana today.  The 7th Grade starts at 4:00pm 
  • There will be a Student Council meeting this Friday during lunch.
  • Today is the last day that the Spanish Club will be selling skull pops.  They can be purchased for 75 cents before or after school in the commons.
  • The Spanish Club will hold the first ornament planning and creation session for our themed tree after school today in Mrs. Kavanagh’s room.
  • History Club Monthly Meeting tomorrow during lunch in the Lecture Center.
  • Picture retakes are today and will begin at 9:30am.  Please listen for the announcements.

  • The School Board wants to hear from you as students.  Today high school students will get out of 5th hour 10 minutes early and take the first 10 minutes of 6th hour so that you will have an opportunity to tell the school board what you think.  Each Board member will meet with a class.  Freshman will be in Ms. Thiel’s room, sophomores in Mr. Wiedenhaupt’s room, juniors in Mrs. Shultz’s room, and seniors in Mrs. Leece’s room.
  • WKCE testing continues today.  A reminder that today we will begin the day going to periods 3 and 4 then 1 and 2.

  • There will be Bye Bye Birdie rehearsal after school today.  Mrs. Selleneheim will be here at 3pm.  All cast members must attend. 
  • The Spanish Club will be selling skull pops through Wednesday.  They can be purchased for 75 cents before or after school in the commons.
  • The Spanish Club will hold the first ornament planning and creation session for our themed tree after school on Wednesday in Mrs. Kavanagh’s room.
  • Junior high girls participating in the George Williams College Christmas Concert should report to the choir room at 3:00pm today to work with Mrs. Flasch.  Don't be late!

  • The Spanish Club will be selling skull pops Monday through Wednesday in recognition of El Dia de los Muertos.  They can be purchased for 75 cents before or after school in the commons.
  • Picture retake day will be Wednesday this week at 9:30am for the Jr./Sr. High.  If you need retakes, please bring in the entire packet to return.  If you never had your picture taken, you may pick up order forms in the office.
  • There is a German Club meeting today during lunch in Mrs. Schultz’s room.
  • There will be a Student Council meeting this Friday during lunch.
  • History Club Officers Meeting at lunch today in the Study Hall.
  • History Club Preservation, Fundraising & Cookbook Committees meet in the library after school today

Announcements for 11/1/10

Congratulations to the B3 Swim Team for finishing in second place at the Southern Lakes Conference meet.  Carly O’Brian was a member of two different relay teams that finished first and she took second in the 500 yard freestyle.  Next, on to Greenfield this Saturday for Sectionals.

Jr. High Boys Basketball runs from 3:00-4:30 in the high school gym today.

There will be a Girls Basketball Open Gym at 6:00PM tonight.
