We will have only two sections of kindergarten this year. Mrs. Brokopp and Ms. Schauer will continue to be kindergarten classroom teachers and Mrs. Lile will serve as a literacy coach this year. Mrs. Lile and Ms. Connley will work with students during intervention time and spend time as literacy coaches for classroom teachers. These coaching roles will be helpful to provide an appropriate amount of support to teachers as we continue to implement writers workshop and move forward with additional literacy changes in the next few years.
